If Dr. Melixia is not for you, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date to request a return and a refund of the product price. Opened sticks are eligible. Our guarantee applies to purchases made from this store.
How to start
Use our Contact page. Include your order number, the email used at checkout and which items you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds and postage
Return the remaining product as instructed. Once we receive and process the return, we refund the returned product price to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Original shipping charges are not refunded. You pay return postage unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. For a bundle, return the remaining sticks from that bundle; the refund is based on the price paid for that bundle. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it. We will arrange a suitable replacement or refund and cover any required return postage for our error.
